The trails are good quality and very runnable, whilst the surroundings are abundant with nature and wildlife.
Their are no huge hills but the route is undulating and allows you to flow nicely between the tougher uphill sections and the enjoyable rolling downs.
A mid-loop checkpoint will provide you with fluids and sugars to keep you going to the finish.
