Greensand Country 50K - Recce Day

Join us for a 20km training run along the Greensand Country 50K route.

This is a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the course and mentally prepare yourself for what to expext on race day.

There are two groups, one aiming to complete the 20K in 2h30 (6h30 race time) and another at a slower pace, completing the distance in 3h15 (8 hour race time).

This run is open to everyone, you do not have to be running the race in 2024.

Please note - In order to make this a looped run, the first 4km is not on the official race route, the remaining 16km is.
