Checkpoints

There are 8 checkpoints on route that runners can use to rest and top up their water/nutrition supplies.

All checkpoints will contain:

  • Water
  • Coke
  • Precision Fuel & Hydration - PH 1000 Electrolyte Drink
  • Precision Fuel & Hydration - PF 30 Gels
  • Selection of crisps and sweets
  • Selection of flapjacks/bars
  • Selection of Fresh fruit
  • Sandwiches (cheese, jam, peanut butter)
  • Hot food available at CP5 (South Stoke) & CP8 (Ogbourne)
  • Hot water available at CP3, CP5, CP6, CP7 & CP8
