Epping Forest, London

For February, we journey east to Epping Forest.

The meeting point is located just south of the forest in Chingford, via an easy journey on the London Overground.

We start via an ascent up Pole Hill (excellent views of London) and then into the forest for what will no doubt be some wet and muddy undulating trail running.

Hill wise, there are a few, but never lasting too long, so we will keep a consistent pace throughout.
