Beginners Trail Run - Aldbury/Tring

Welcome to the final run in our 3-part series of trail runs for beginners.
These sessions are being offered for free in collaboration with The Ridgeway, as part of wider series of events to mark the 50th anniversay of the National Trail.
Together we will complete a 7.4km (4.6 mile) route on the trails surrounding Aldbury.
The route will be led at a run/walk pace, with a focus on completing the route at a speed comfortable for all.

This event is for people new to trail running. The route will be completed at a run/walk pace, with a focus on completing the route at an comfortable speed for all.
Averaging ~7-8min/km (plenty of walking breaks)

Parking
Free Parking is available directly at the playing field. There are only about 15-20 spaces so if it is full on arrival there is normally plenty of parking available along the road around the square in Aldbury.
