Meetup Details

The Chess Valley route is a point to point trail between Chesham and Rickmansworth.

At 10 miles in length and with Metropolitan Line stations at either end, this is the perfect location.

We will run the 'downhill' direction, starting further out and running back into London to Rickmansworth.

There are two trains an hour out to Chesham, so we recommend meeting in Kings Cross and catching the 0942 together.

We will be travelling via the Metropolitan line, so there is no requirement to buy train tickets, just use your contactless card. Bear in mind that trains are irreqular, with just two an hour. You can join us on the journey's below.

Meeting Point - Meet us at on the Metropolitan Line platform at 0900 if you'd like to travel with the group.

Parking

If you are driving, you can either park at the start and get the train back, or vice versa. Trains between the two stations are twice an hour and take 21 mins.
